The Clubrooms

The Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club Pavilion is a modern, spacious building with panoramic views of Lloyd Elsmore Park. It’s huge floor to ceiling windows are framed by a beautifully arched roof creating a simple versatile space.

As one of the best cricket pavilions in the country, the clubrooms were opened on 3rd November 2001 by Sir Barry Curtis. The original clubrooms, built in 1991, were destroyed by fire in September 1999. The rebuild reflected the club's commitment to excellence and the long-term development of cricket in the East Auckland community.

The upper-level houses the lounge, bar, kitchen, servery, shop, and toilets. The lounge opens on to a large elevated deck, that steps down on to a fenced green. The green is artificial, but in keeping with cricket tradition, the fence is white and picket.

The lower level houses club offices and meeting rooms, changing rooms, umpires' room, showers and toilets. The HPCC Indoor Cricket Centre is on the ground floor.

The Clubrooms can be booked for private functions throughout the year. From birthdays to dinners, big events and small, there is an option for everyone. There are plenty of options available which include catering, entertainment and more.
